No matter whether it's
summer or winter, active or relaxed, the success your holiday will ultimately depend on our staff.
With that in
mind we are very particular about who we employ. Being experienced or having a nice CV is not enough. We want people with
passion who are capable of thinking for themselves and adapting to the different groups that take their holidays with us.
This takes maturity, honesty and flexibility.
We are delighted that most of our staff come to us on recommendations.
Others have stood out for their original approach and attitude to the positions on offer whist some have even been previous
clients.
Whichever it is, we are sure that they will not let us, or you down.
A
brief history of Evasion Travel...
Evasion Travel founder, Adam Breen studied Meteorology (weather - not
flying rocks) in Plymouth, UK and quickly found that it was wet and windy there. It inspired a move...
He moved
to France in 2001 and was captivated by the variety of landscapes and outdoor adventures to be had. He later returned
spent three years exploring the Ardèche and running activity centres for school groups and families. Between
Ardèche summers, Adam spent his time in the Alps, skiing, snowboarding running hotels and developing a
GPS tracking system for outdoor enthusiasts.
In 2006 Evasion Travel was created by Adam and Annabel Andrewes in order to share the Alps and the Ardèche
in the intimate environment that small groups provide.
In 2009, Adam and Annabel married. Annabel had decided
that watching all the fun from her London office was too much. She made the leap from motor sports lawyer to outdoor career
girl and has never looked back.
The 'personal, flexible, fun' formula is one that Adam and
Annabel stayed close to as they took on more staff and expanded to provide Ardèche Activity Holidays, Summer Accommodation Rentals and Winter Alpine Holidays throughout the year. They always meet all of our guests during their stays to be able to give them a personal welcome. The Evasion
Travel team are on hand to show you the sights, sensations and active experiences that will ensure that your
stay is simply unforgettable.
